The MS™ 25 round baler fastener is a screw-on fastening solution.
Durable and very easy to install, the MS™ 25 round baler fastener is the ideal fastener for all types of repairs.
No specific tools are required, a standard screwdriver is all you need.
Titan™ 05 fasteners
Content
The Titan™ 05 fastener is a compact fastener perfectly adapted for severe use and is compatible with all of our round baler belts.
Delivered with coated stainless steel cables, but also available with notched stainless steel rods.
The Titan™ 05 fastener can be fastened either with a vice splicer or with a hydraulic bench press equipped with a specific die.
The Titan™ fastener is recommended in dry to mixed environments.
ISC™ round baler endless belt

The belt with pre-integrated splice
Industry-developed technology to optimize the replacement of your belts. No more need to completely dismantle to install your new belts: ISC™ spliced belts guarantee an express assembly and a real reduction in downtime.
Thanks to its metal inserts formed in the rubber and fabric, the splice ensures a very strong resistance to the assembly when tightening the screws. The ISC™ splice is compatible with small diameters of flex and inflection windings. It is therefore the ideal solution for your belt replacements. They are easy to install, simply hook them to your belts in place with our pullers, and turn your machine, once the used belt is completely removed from your machine, you can release the new belt. All you have to do is screw on your new splice and restart your machine.

The metal trigger guard is integrated into the belt when closing and locks the claw inside: cleaning is thus made easier. Each element is integral, the risk of losing an element is thus eliminated. The Self-Lock™ fastener benefits from a strong tightening of the belt. Available in rigid and semirigid versions.
Metal fastener Clip’N Lock™ 25

The only one-piece metallic fastener on the market
The CL25 fastener guarantees a good grip, even in thin belts.
Its conception, defined and patented by MLT, gives it many advantages: more resistance with a double row of teeth (from CL30), a contingous design with no risk of losing claws which is essential in the food industry, guarantees a constant pitch over the entire width of the belt, perfect flexibility useful especially for trough belts.
Airport™ fastener

The Airport™ rivet fastener is a fastener suitable for grape harvesting machines equipped with belts with a thickness between 3 and 6 mm. It is manufactured in stainless steel 316L, delivered with stainless steel or copper rivets on a bar (for easier installation) and a rigid stainless steel spindle.
- The fastener is available with straight or beveled edges.
- Available in rigid and semi-rigid versions
- Standard lengths: 160 mm to 470 mm (consult us).

Rivet fastener A™ is a fastener suitable for grape harvesting machines equipped with belts with a thickness between 5 and 7 mm. It is made of 316L stainless steel, delivered with stainless steel or copper rivets on a bar (for easier installation) and a rigid stainless steel spindle.
