Manufactured with a 50mm3 high abrasive resistance, FIX’N GO®* offers higher protection against frictions and wear exceeding your conveyor belt specification, without impacting its flexibility, resistance to elongation, and tensile strength.
The screws, perfectly integrated into the rubber, create a smooth surface without any roughness. This innovation ensures exceptional durability and optimal compatibility with all scrapers.
The FIX’N GO® repair patch :
- used for longitudinal rips, belt edge snags, impacts, holes
- even allows two belts to be spliced longitudinally
- can be used for multi-ply and monoply belts up to 1250 N/mm
- is available in 2 versions: galvanized steel or stainless steel
- Up to 66% of rubber
- 0 surface roughness
- Two more thicknesses available per model

In which situations can we use FIX’N GO®* ?
Content
- Longitudinal rips.
- Crosswise rips under 50% of the belt width.
- On each side, you must have 20% of the belt width.
- Belt edge damage under 20% of the belt width.
- Hole up to 10 cm wide in the edge of the belt (more than 3 cm : fill the hole before with a piece of belt).
- Hole up to 20 cm wide : (more than 3 cm : fill the hole before with a piece of belt).
- Splicing of two belts together in the longitudinal direction (have two rows of screws on each side).
