l. Is your data transferred outside the European Union ?
As a matter of principle, the personal data collected is not intended to be transferred outside the European Union. This personal data is hosted on a server located in European Union.
However, should MLT Minet Lacing Technology and/or its subsequent subcontractors be required to process personal data outside the European Union in the course of providing the services, MLT Minet Lacing Technology will in any event take all necessary measures and guarantees to secure such transfers prior to the said transfer and undertakes to ensure that the transfer is covered either by :
