Simple and effective repairs
Our repair presses with lugs are made in France from high-strength aluminum, for belt widths up to 2000 mm.
This technology provides excellent robustness, while its low weight makes it easy to use.
Advantages
Adjustable pressure for every need
A screw with a circular plate at the end puts pressure on the heating plates. When tightening with the torque wrench, the operator chooses which pressure to apply according to the type of belt; pressure up to 5 bar. This is more than sufficient for this type of repair on textile or metal belts.
Aluminum heating plates
Our heating plates are also made of aluminum and measure 400 x 350 mm. They are provided with cooling and PT100 sensors, so that you can use the same cabinets and MLT electric pump as for your waterbag presses. We also systematically supply a pair of dial thermometers.
