Customer issue
The transported product attacks the bonding and makes vulcanization very difficult, the ISC® solved the splicing problems and reduced the downtime during assembly. The environment did not allow for a reasonable belt life.
MLT answer
The downtime has also been improved, from 8 hours to 3 hours. As for the life of the belt, with cold gluing it lasted 6 months and we are currently at 1.5 years of installation with the ISC® integrated splice belt.
